The client rents out approx. 1000sq.ft. of POD storage space in HSL’s Oxfordshire warehouse.
HSL support their logistics with the collection of end-of-season stock from their London stores. This happens multiple times a year where the stock is transported safely and securely back to their dedicated POD.
The client’s UK Stock Manager visits multiple time a week and operates out of their POD space. Here he oversees and manages the stock. HSL provided him with internet access, so he can control the back office, including all shelf and hanging rail racking.
Where applicable, the client contacts the HSL retail team to support the logistics of the stock across the UK and delivery into their outlet stores. This cycle continues throughout the year.
HSL have created a productive and strong client working relationship. This means they support their Bicester Village store when it comes to sample sales, as well as deliveries and collections to and from their POD.
HSL’s dedicated retail team are always on hand to support the client with new enquiries and any last-minute requests.
