Passionate about operational efficiency, Will joined the JWB group in May 2022, Will leads our storage and logistics team with a data-driven approach. He played a critical role in the launch of HSL in November 2022.

Graduating from Newcastle University with a 2:1 in Business Management, Will went on to complete an 18-month operations & leadership graduate program at Natoora within the FMCG industry.
With 4 years of experience in the industry, he excels at optimising warehouse management, negotiating transport rates, and building strong customer relationships. Whether it’s implementing new technologies or fostering a collaborative team spirit, Will is committed to exceeding expectations and ensuring seamless deliveries.
