Thanks to 120,000 sq. ft. of pallet, container and floor space storage, we are able to provide a great option for consolidated UK storage for high end fashion houses with central warehouses in Europe. All items stored in our warehouse are added to our warehouse management system with pictures, and we provide a client login allowing you to view this when required. The pictures allow you to easily identify the items you require for delivery or future use, using our white glove delivery and collection service.

Disassembly and assembly of furniture

We follow the same process for all projects allowing us to create a tailored solution to meet the needs of our clients and their specific project requirements. This includes:

✔ An HSL Project Manager to organise a site visit where they will better understand the items which need to be removed, or asses where delivery of the items needs to be

✔ An inventory of the items required to be removed, or delivered will be created and reviewed by our Project Manager and our client
We will define if items need to be delivered to our storage facility before being delivered to the end location. This prevents project delays and helps better manage the use of space

✔ Once delivered to our storage facility, all items will be checked against the inventory provided by the client and any issues communicated back to them

✔ A project plan will be defined by an HSL Project Manager before being reviewed with our client, ensuring it meets all their requirements

✔ On project completion, the HSL Project Manager will review the service, discussing any feedback the client may have
